Wildwood Encounters

#

Overview

0.5.5 Guide: New Wildwood Encounters

  • Acquire a Sacred Bloom from endgame Ritual rewards and use it on an Endgame Map to add a Wildwood entrance. The entrance appears at the start of that map.
  • Inside the Wildwood, follow wisp trails under a time limit. Collected wisps are released into the map when you leave: they empower monsters and improve the resulting rewards.
  • Primal, Vivid and Wild effects were stated in the official 0.5.5 reveal. Sacred is a rare fourth type, but its gameplay effect was deliberately left undisclosed; the guide therefore keeps it marked Unknown until client or official data confirms it.

The four icons are extracted from the current POE2 client. Ritual Tablets can roll modifiers that increase the number of wisps found in Wildwood areas.
